For an additional fee ABBHI now performs Home Energy Inspections

ABBHI has purchased new equipment and report generating software in order to
provide a more comprehensive and in-depth Home Inspection for clients.

Another Bonus, these services are provided at NO additional cost
above the base price of the Home Inspection.

 

	Our newest upgrade is the FLIR i3 Thermal Infrared Camera See the video for more information:
	ABBHI checks appliances & HVAC systems for any manufacturer's recalls.
	ABBHI performs Lead Paint Testing as we are Certified Renovator Inspectors and Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting Inspection Certified.
	We use the Monoxer III meter to measure the level in parts per million of Carbon Monoxide to determine if a leak is present in gas furnaces and water heaters.
	A Provision PV2 Borescope allows Pat to actually look inside gas furnace heat exchangers for cracks and ash buildup.
	A Delmhorst BD-2100 Moisture meter is used to determine a Percentage of Moisture in a ceiling or a basement wall that looks damp; no more guess work!
	And the most exciting new feature is the new Palm-Tech report writing software, which enables us to deliver the report to your email address in about an hour. Remember ABBHI still offers FREE follow-up inspection services.

If the seller makes corrections to anything ABBHI identified during the Home Inspection,
ABBHI will go back and check to see that things were done properly, at no additional charge.

And as we have said before, all of these exciting new changes and additions to the already
stellar Home Inspection services are provided by ABBHI at NO additional charge to the
base price of the inspection fee.

At ABBHI we just don’t feel right charging people additional money for the “peace of mind”
that they have purchased the ideal home for themselves.
